Hello Merrill Families,

I hope everyone enjoyed our April vacation. It was wonderful to spend time with my grandchildren while enjoying the spring weather. Here is our information for the upcoming week:

  • Physical Education – Now that students are able to have physical education outside, it is very important for students to wear appropriate clothing in order to participate in class. Students should have sneakers and comfortable clothing to wear on days that your child is scheduled to have physical education. We also encourage students to have a light jacket or sweatshirt in the event the weather is cool. We also encouraged to apply sunscreen in the morning as the sun is getting stronger.
  • Calling in an absence -Just a reminder to please call the school if your child is going to be absent. You can call Mrs. Burns in the main office at 508-824-2490 or Nurse Fallon at 508-824-2715.
  • Change in Curbside Remote Meal Service - Just a friendly reminder that of this coming Monday, April 26, 2021, the Laliberte Elementary School will no longer be offering curbside remote meal service. All fully remote families, however, can pick up remote meals at the Mitchell Elementary School (circle driveway on 166 Mt Prospect St. in Bridgewater) on school days from 9:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. until the end of the school year.  Free remote meals are available for children and teens.  No IDs are necessary and you are encouraged to take breakfasts & lunches for multiple days.
  • ECPO Meeting – Our next ECPO meeting is Thursday, May 13th at 6:30.
