Merrill Elementary School was recently recognized by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as one of the top ten schools across the Commonwealth to significantly reduce chronic absenteeism. On August 14th, Merill Elementary celebrated this accomplishment with students, their families, staff, B-R school committee members, Raynham officials, and DESE. They were presented with a signed basketball donated by the Boston Celtics to keep and display at the school. Great job to the Merrill Cubs on becoming Attendance All-Stars!
